The Topic:

Digitization in Life Sciences – Case Studies and Best Practices

Where once life sciences companies were suppliers to the healthcare providers, today they are partners in the delivery of care, increasingly shaping the healthcare ecosystem. As patient empowerment and new care and payment models are mushrooming in the world, life sciences companies need to take a longitudinal view of the patient. Together with designated professionals we want to discuss concrete use cases and best practices around the opportunities and threats of digitization in life sciences.

Digitization in Dentistry

Frank Hemm will illustrate these trends from the perspective of the leading dental implant manufacturer. Frank joined Straumann in 2004 and was responsible for Corporate Business Development & Licensing, Head of Sales, Western Europe, he was responsible for the Asia/Pacific Region and expanded Straumann’s presence in China. He is member of the Executive Management Board and responsible for global Marketing & Education.
